The Best Vegan Fall Comfort Food

Fall has arrived! My absolute favorite time of year! So, in honor of my favorite season, I thought I would throw together my 20 favorite vegan comfort food recipes to make in the Fall. These are the best vegan Fall comfort food recipes EVER! 

Let us start with breakfasts! I’ve got french toast, pancakes and even a quick bread that is great for a snack or dessert too!

Vegan Apple Pie Bread is to DIE FOR. Refined sugar free, super easy and incredibly delicious. Perfect toasted with vegan butter on top for breakfast. Or as a healthier dessert!

Next, I need you to try some Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Sheet Pan Pancakes! Feed a crowd in no time flat with these fluffy AF pancakes that scream Fall comfort! 

Then at some point you need some Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast in your life! Pumpkin flavored things are life and I don’t care what anyone says! 

Also, Vegan Fennel and Apple Breakfast Sausages are super crazy delicious, easy and GLUTEN FREE!

Now for all the best vegan Fall comfort food entrees! My favorite things.

This Vegan Wild Mushroom Stroganoff soup is the best/easiest soup in the world! So quick, one pot, comforting as HECK! 

Vegan Tuscan Rigatoni is one of the best pasta dishes ever, and secretly, pretty healthy for you with the use of cashews as the cream sauce. 

Another perfect one pot super comfy, cozy pasta dish is this Vegan One Pot Mushroom Tetrazzini! So. Dang. Good. Completely foolproof! 

Now for some wonderful tofu dishes! Tofu is one of my favorite things to work with. It’s so versatile and can do anything. One of my favorite things to do with it is this Vegan Blackened Tofu with Cheesy Grits! I feel like everyone needs to have this at least once. It is that good. 

The next comforting tofu perfection would have to be this Vegan Parmesan Herb Crusted Tofu! Baked, so crispy and awesome with all kinds of side dishes! 

If you are looking for a tofu main dish for all your holiday meals, you should definitely try this Vegan Apple Cider Maple Glazed Tofu! It is out of this world! 

Now for some SANDWICHES! My favorite food. SANDWICHES!

You need to get your hands on these handheld beauties! Starting with this Vegan Lentil Frisco Melt. This will make the chilly Fall nights very exciting! 

These Vegan Crispy “Chicken” Caesar Sandwiches should not be missed either! They are heaven!

One of my favorite meals to have together is Vegan Lentil Salisbury Steak and Vegan Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes
