Just some recipes to get you back on track after all the crazy holiday goodies. All of these entrees are under 500 calories per serving. They are filling, have substantial protein and everything you need for a perfect vegan meal! Also, these recipes are all already gluten-free, or can easily be made gluten-free by using gluten-free pasta and liquid aminos instead of soy sauce!
