- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Dried Thyme
- Black Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- Dried Basil

This blackened seasoning recipe can be mixed and stored right in your spice cabinet. I usually keep around some empty spice jars, and I fill them with this spice mix. Then I can reach for it when I need quick ideas for dinner. It is excellent on all kinds of veggies; cauliflower, potatoes, and carrots are my favorites. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
