Vegan Curry Seitan Chicken Salad
Seitan, cashews, golden raisins, celery and green onion are mixed with an amazing curry vegan mayo sauce!

Add the chopped seitan, cashews, raisins, chopped celery and chopped green onions to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Now add in the vegan mayo, agave and seasonings. Stir to coat everything completely and make sure everything is fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve immediately, or place in fridge until ready to serve(it actually may taste even better the next day).
