Ingredients

Vegan Big Mac Sauce

Ground Burger

For The Bowl

  • 8 Ounces French fries, cooked according to package directions
  • 8-9 Oz Greens, I like to use baby spinach, kale, and romaine
  • 1/3 Cup Dill pickle chips
  • 4 Ounces Vegan cheese, finely shredded, I used a block of Daiya Cheddar and Violife Epic Mature Cheddar

Instructions

  • Make the sauce. Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and then whisk until fully combined. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  • Make the ground burger. Heat the olive oil on medium-high in a large non-stick skillet. Add the vegan beef to the skillet, and break it into chunks with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle with the seasonings and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly in the seasonings.
  • Saute, reducing heat as needed, until the beef has browned, about 4-6 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • You can cook the fries while the beef cooks.
  • Once everything is done, build your bowl. This will make about 4 bowls, so divide the greens into four bowls, then divide the burger and top the greens with it, then divide the fries and add them, then the pickles, and the shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle the bowls with the Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
