- 3 Cups Coconut milk powder*
- 2 1/2 Cups Powdered sugar, vegan
- 1 1/2 Cups Cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Vegan dark or white chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the coconut milk powder, powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Finely chop the chocolate, I like to use a combination of dark and white, but whatever you prefer will work.
Add the chocolate and salt to the bowl and stir to evenly combine.
Store the hot chocolate mix in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, for up to 3 months.
When you are ready to make some hot chocolate, add 1/3 cup of the hot chocolate mix to a cup. Then whisk with 8 oz. of hot non-dairy milk(I like to use 1/2 oat and 1/2 vegan cream).
Top with your favorite hot chocolate toppings and enjoy!
*THIS is the type of coconut milk powder I use.
