Churro Vegan Magic Shell Ice Cream Topping

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the white chocolate has melted. It usually on takes me 2 intervals, so about 1 minute total.
  • Once the white chocolate has melted, stir everything together with a rubber spatula until it is totally smooth.
  • Pour a few tablespoons of the magic shell over a scoop of ice cream. It will harden pretty quickly. You can sprinkle a little more cinnamon over the top before it hardens if desired.
  • Then enjoy! You can crack the magic shell with your spoon and it is so delish!
