
I used to LOVE magic shell ice cream topping! This churro vegan magic shell ice cream topping is my new favorite thing. Made with vegan white chocolate, cinnamon and brown sugar. It is seriously so dang good. Pour it over vegan vanilla ice cream and it will harden immediately and then you get to crack into with a spoon. It makes any really good ice cream, like out if this world delicious.

What You Need For This Vegan Magic Shell:
- Vegan White Chocolate: I used King David brand vegan white chocolate.
- Coconut Oil: This is what makes the magic happen.
- Brown Sugar and Cinnamon: To give it the churro flavor.
- Vanilla and Salt: To make it even more delicious.

This churro vegan magic shell ice cream topping is so easy to make. You just add everything to a microwave safe bowl. Then microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate has melted. Stir everything together and that is it. Pour it over nice big scoops of ice cream. The coconut oil makes it harden immediately when it is poured over something cold! My favorite part is cracking the magic shell with a spoon. It reminds me of crème brulee and I just love it so much!

Churro Vegan Magic Shell Ice Cream Topping
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Vegan white chocolate, I used King David Brand*
- 1/4 Cup Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the white chocolate has melted. It usually on takes me 2 intervals, so about 1 minute total.
- Once the white chocolate has melted, stir everything together with a rubber spatula until it is totally smooth.
- Pour a few tablespoons of the magic shell over a scoop of ice cream. It will harden pretty quickly. You can sprinkle a little more cinnamon over the top before it hardens if desired.
- Then enjoy! You can crack the magic shell with your spoon and it is so delish!

Is there a substitute for coconut oil? I don’t usually stock it in my pantry.
Unfortunately, the coconut oil is actually what turns this into a magic shell. I don’t know of anything else that would work.
