The Best Mango Salsa
The freshest, easiest, yummiest, mango salsa.
Servings: 4
- 3 Large Mangos, very ripe, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, de-seeded, and finely diced
- 1/2 Cup Red onion, diced
- 1 Lime
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Sweet or bell pepper, diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, diced jalapeno, and diced red onion.
Zest the lime and then juice it, and add the zest and juice to the bowl.
Add the cilantro, bell or sweet pepper, and garlic, as well as a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to combine everything.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
