Vegan Pecan Pie Smoothie
Pecans blended with oats, banana, cinnamon and almond milk come together to make a breakfast that tastes just like pecan pie!
Servings: 2 Smoothies
- 8 oz. Almond milk
- 1/2 C. Pecans, roasted or toasted
- 1 Banana
- 1/3 C. Oats
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Flax meal
- Hand full of Ice
- Pinch of salt
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth. Scraping down as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness or iciness. Serve immediately.
