Extra Firm Tofu Flour Non-dairy Milk Apple Cider Vinegar  Mustard Panko Garlic and Salt Oil (For frying) Ketchup Sugar Rice Wine Vinegar Chili Flakes  Garlic:  Agave Syrup  Mustard  BBQ Sauce Vinegar Vegan Mayo

Garlic Olive Oil Vegan Mayo Lemon Juice Vegan Parmesan Dijon  Rosemary

Thaw and press tofu. Make non-dairy mixture, flour mixture, and put panko in another bowl.

Dip each piece of tofu into the non-dairy milk mixture, then into the flour coating completely, then back into the non-dairy milk, and then into the panko. Pressing the panko on all of the piece of tofu. Repeat with all the tofu.

Fry 4-5 pieces of tofu at once for 2-4 minutes each. Repeat with all the tofu.

Sprinkle with extra salt. Repeat with all the tofu. Serve immediately.

Optional: Make Thai Chili ketchup, copycat Chick-fil-a sauce, and Roasted Garlic Rosemary Aioli sauce.
