These are some of THE BEST vegan high-protein meals! I have some tofu recipes, seitan recipes, soy curls recipes, a perfect breakfast and some cashew based meals!

This super yummy and easy meal packs a punch of protein from tofu and tahini.

This is seriously delish and is full of soy and cashew protein!
