Tropical Dragon Fruit Smoothie


We ate HEAVILY while in New Orleans last week, and I needed something light, refreshing and maybe just maybe would make my tummy less bloated. I through together something similar to this frequently, but this day I added dragon fruit. The health benefits of dragon fruit are quite astounding.

6 oz. Almond Milk

1/2 C. Strawberries

1/3 C. Mango

1 Banana

1/2 an Orange

1/2 a Dragon Fruit

1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp. Flax Meal

1 Scoop of Ice


  1. Throw everything in a blender and blend until smoothie. Be happy!
